Carefully fold your linen garments and place them in the original shipping bag or a similar secure mailer, ensuring all original tags are attached.

Label and Ship

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
